Liz is interested in the formational role of the arts as they engage religious experiences of spiritual doubt. Particular interests include the affectual dimensions of liturgical art, doubt and desire in the Romantic poets (particularly Coleridge, Keats, and Tennyson), religious capabilities of post-secular pop music, and the devotional use of digital mixed media art.
Apart from her studies, Liz has run her own private business as a wedding photographer for the past 8 years. She enjoys running, hiking, baking, hosting dinner parties, Wendell Berry, The Great British Bake Off, Jane Austen, Celtic music, Gilmore Girls, Charles Dickens, and a hearty cup of Yorkshire tea.
