RSE Collaboration Grant for Dr Lamb
Dr Rebekah Lamb has received a Royal Society of Edinburgh (RSE) Collaboration Grant for a project on ‘Catholic Women Writers in Scotland and Beyond’.
Dr Lamb will work closely with her Co-Principal Investigator, Dr Linden Bicket (University of Edinburgh), to co-edit the first interdisciplinary handbook on Catholic Women Writers. The project is partnered with academics from the Universities of Warwick, Cambridge, and St Patrick’s Pontifical University, Maynooth as well as
The RSE will fund the academic workshops, aimed at supporting early career scholars, and public-facing initiatives tied to this project, including a symposium at the National Library of Scotland in 2027, featuring an exhibition of manuscript treasures by Scottish Catholic women writers.
