Geneva Wright
MLITT IN THEOLOGY AND THE ARTS STUDENT
Hometown: Upper Darby, Pennsylvania
Education: BA English, Princeton University
Academic Interests
After several years coordinating the programme for a Christian leadership conference, Geneva is excited to dive back into the academic world and spend some time thinking about the creative arts. She is interested in exploring the intersection between theology and film, particularly representations of moral decision-making and encounters with divine transcendence. Favorite films include: Singin’ in the Rain, Dunkirk, Pride & Prejudice, and Spider-Man 2.
Other Interests
When she’s not studying, Geneva can usually be found reading or writing in a pub, exploring the Scottish countryside, grabbing coffee with friends, or curling up with some knitting to watch a movie. She enjoys critiquing the costume design in historical dramas and is always on the lookout for new podcast recommendations.
