The ultimate object of artistic attention is the American television series Battlestar Galactica, under the supervision of Gavin Hopps. This thesis is also more generally a consideration of how an ostensibly
secular but metaphysically suggestive work of popular culture may be of theological significance.
Nina lives in Edinburgh with her partner, Ross, and their cat, Nymeria. She works part-time hand-dying yarn for knitting, which is something she can almost always be found doing. She also enjoys watching movies (or re-watching her favourite episodes of Battlestar), music (particularly punk and folk), and brushing up on her extensive knowledge of Harry Potter trivia.
